How Quickly can I get my Order?

It will depend on the product, quantity, and how busy we are. Small custom orders and signage are usually complete within a business week. Bulk shirt orders take up to 2-3 weeks depending on our work load. Large signage and installation have a 2-3 week turnaround time. Promotional products vary depending on the item – minimum one full business week. The team at Brand Yourself will work to meet any deadlines you might have.

What Techniques do you use in Printing Apparel?

For bulk orders of 12 or more we screen print your design. There might be circumstances that a different technique is used, but that will be a discussion with the client. Custom orders are printed in 3 different fashions depending on the design: digital print, vinyl or dye sublimation. We’re happy to explain any of the methods.

 

Types of Shirts?

Our number one seller is our Next Level brand shirts. They are triblend and super soft and comfortable.

Available in unisex and ladies sizes.

Gildan t-shirts are the preferred, economical t-shirt for all your large orders. We are happy to offer a 50/50 blend or 100% cotton.

 

Payment Policy and Method

All small custom orders are required to be paid in full before printing. Orders of 12 or more require a 50% deposit. Designs must be approved via email or phone call before we will print your order. Promotional products are required to be paid in full after artwork is approved.

We send invoices via email through Square and accept credit card, cash, or check in the shop.

 

Return Policy and Proofs

Every custom design we print is required to be approved. All spelling, grammar, colors, and sizes must be approved by you. Once approved, we are not liable for any mistakes.

If Any other issues arise, such as defective shirts, bad prints, or quality problems, we will fix the issue to the best of our ability.  replacement of total garments will only happen after a chance is given to repair mistakes. 

we are not liable for any print damage after 30 days of order pick up. 

We are happy to exchange any of our stock designs or refund your money (receipt required) if you are not completely happy.
