What is the turnaround time on my order?
We do such a wide range of products, it all depends on the order.
Shirts… Low quantity custom shirts are usually done within 3 business days. Our stock designs, we make on the spot, unless a special color is needed. Larger shirt orders are done within a week to a week and a half, depending on the order.
Banners… In most cases, banners can be completed within 3 business days.
Promotional Items… it all varies on the product.
If you have a date that you need your product, please make us aware of that date to insure you receive your product in time. We will do everything we can to have your product when you want it.

 

How and when do I pay for my order?
We take cash and credit, as well as business checks. Personal checks are not accepted, unfortunately.
Any order under $100 is required to pay when the order is placed. Anything over $100, half the total is required when the order is placed and the balance paid when picked up or delivered.

 

Do you silk screen your shirts?
Sometimes... We have 5 different processes to imprint our shirts. The process we use on larger orders uses screen printing. Most smaller orders are done with a digital process that uses different styles of ink.

 

Are there special washing instructions for your shirts?
It is encouraged to wash inside out with low heat, but our shirts have been tested and should be fine with most washing and drying situations. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur in the washing and drying process.

 

What is the best way to get my design to you?
You can email your artwork to orders@brandyourselfwv.com. If you need design work done, please ask us about our design charges.

 

Can I return my shirt?
If it is a custom order and there are no obvious defects, we do not take returns. If something is defective with your shirt, we will gladly replace it.

 

What colors and brands do you keep in stock?
We use Gildan and American Apparel shirts.
Gildan… we keep royal blue, kelly green, sport grey, white, black, red, light blue, yellow and pink in stock. We try to keep everything from S-5X in stock. Some colors and sizes may be not be available at all times.
American Apparel… we keep a very limited selection in stock, but can fulfill any choice per order.
We do stock youth sizes, long sleeves, hoodies, onesies and other items in stock. The sizes and colors on these items are on a limited basis, but can be ordered at any time.
